Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Property Buyers, Tenants, And Owners, Delivering Prompt, Professional Support Regarding Listings, Leasing Processes, Maintenance Requests, And Transaction Updates While Maintaining Accurate Records In The Crm. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• Someone calm under pressure and polite
