Esource Global Solutions Llp is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Saki Naka, Mumbai. 29 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English
• You are customer-first and calm under pressure

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
