Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

• Location: LDA Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
• Interview timings: 2:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Monday to Friday(Weekends off) we're available for calls from 12pm to 8pm, if you need to reach us after 8pm, please send a text and we'll respond as soon as possible
