Customer Care Executive

Fusion Cx Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Ghansoli, Mumbai. There are 15 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

International Voice Process. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: CRM tools, Complaint handling, Active listening, Typing speed
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
