What you will do

As a Chat Support Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹21,000 – ₹22,500 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, English
• A customer-first, polite attitude
