Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Type : Sales | Marketing | Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
