Handle Customer Calls, Emails, And Whatsapp Queries Professionally.Coordinate With Warehouse And Dispatch Teams Regarding Order Status.Maintain Records Of Customer Orders, Complaints, And Follow-Ups.Provide Product And Delivery-Related Information To Customers.Resolve Customer Complaints In A Timely And Effective Manner.Follow Up On Pending Pa. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
