Inbound Voice Process- Domestic Bpo- 9 Hours Of Work, Including 1 Hour Of A Break. 6 Days Working1 Week Off. Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Outbound
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
