Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Supervisor, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

• Timings: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
