What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Real Estate, Tamil and Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
