Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, International, Kannada and Malayalam
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate

Salary

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
