What you will do

As a Customer Support Team Leader, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Active listening, CRM tools, Hindi and English
