Handle Customer Queries Through Whatsapp, Instagram, Website Chat, And Other Communication Channels. Respond To Customer Enquiries Promptly And Professionally. Provide Information About Wedding Cards, Designs, Pricing, And Order Details. Follow Up With Customers Who Have Shown Interest But Have Not Completed Their Purchase. Languages : Telugu, Tamil, English

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Tamil and Telugu
