Calls With The Customers According To Decided Scripts And Time Lines.*Maintaining Records Of The Same In Soft & Hard Copies.*Maintaining The Records Of The Open Closed Complaints Of The Customers.*Arranging The Calls To The Concerned Customers From Concerned Departments Or Stake Holders. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
