We Are Looking For A Dynamic Telesales Executive To Join Our Growing Financial Services Team. Your Primary Role Will Be To Connect With Potential Customers And Convert Them Into High-Quality Leads For Personal Loans. Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, English

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English

• You are calm under pressure and patient

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
