Handle Customer And Student Inquiries, Provide Information About Tuition Services, Coordinate With Parents, Students And Tutors, Follow Up On Inquiries, Resolve Queries Professionally, Maintain Records, And Ensure Excellent Customer Service. Languages : Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Salary

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
