We Are Hiring Customer Survey Executives For An International B2C Survey Process. The Role Involves Contacting Customers, Asking A Predefined Set Of Questions, And Accurately Recording Yes/No Responses. This Is A Non-Sales, Non-Target-Based Process With Proper Training Provided.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Good English
