They Log Call Outcomes In A Computer System Called A Crm (Customer Relationship Management Database. Type : Domestic, Sales, Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi
• Basic English
