Palex Express Services is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in CST, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. The team is filling 2 vacancies.

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi and Outbound
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
