Minimum 6 Months Bpo Experience.(Freshers With Fluent English) Hsc Qualification Required.Week Off- 6 Days Working.Rotational 1 Week Off (In Between Monday Till Friday).Shift Time: 10Am To 7Pm (Fixed Shift).Salary Depending On Last Drawn And Interview.+(Incentive)Salary C. Type : Inbound

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
