Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams.Maintain Accurate Records Of Interactions In The Crm System.Maintain Daily/Weekly Excel Report. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Kannada, Hindi, English

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Kannada, Hindi, English
• A calm under pressure, customer-first attitude

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
