Rajdhani motors has an opening for a Customer Care Executive based in Pune-Nashik Highway, Pune. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and Marketing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
