What you will do

• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, Hindi and English, CRM tools, Complaint handling
