Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, Inbound, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
