Maintain And Update Customer Data And Records In The System. Coordinate With Internal Teams For Order Processing, Service Requests, And Follow-Ups. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What you will do

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
