Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Inbound, Malayalam and Tamil
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
