Shilo Solutions has an opening for a Customer Support Officer based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Telugu
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English, Telugu
• You are calm under pressure and customer-first

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
