Customer Care Executive

Shine Services Group is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Thane West, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Great for first-time job seekers.

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
