Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, English
• Someone polite and calm under pressure

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
