Single Debt is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Andheri West, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
