The Customer Care Executive Is Responsible For Ensuring A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction By Handling Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, Coordinating With Sales And Service Teams, And Maintaining Long-Term Customer Relationships. Type : Outbound

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
