Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders.

Compensation

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Active listening, Complaint handling and Typing speed
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
