Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, International, Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International and Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
