Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Generate Leads/Bookings For Various Projects From The Leads Provided 2. Attending Clients On Site, Presenting The Project Specifications And Addressing Their Queries. 3. Interact With Clients To Determine Their Property Requirements 4. Maintain Potential Customer Data Bank And Keep In Touch With The Customers Period. Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Compensation

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
