Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, Ensuring Satisfaction, Maintaining Records, And Coordinating With Departments. Also Supports Sales-Related Queries And Delivers Prompt, Professional Customer Service Daily. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Outbound
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
