We Are Seeking A Customer Care Executive Who Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries, Resolving Complaints, And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience Through Phone, Email, Chat, Or In-Person Support. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Active listening, Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and calm under pressure

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
