Customer Care Executive

Unisec Management Services Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹16,000/month.

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• A polite, patient attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
