AVS products Limited is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join its team in AIIMS, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

You will be paid ₹17,500 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Cctv, Fire Fighting Equipment
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• CCTV, Fire Fighting Equipment
