Service Support With B.Tech In Electrical Qualification, Who Can Manage And Coordinate The Service Team. The Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Google Maps And Field Coordination. The Role Includes Assigning Service Complaints To Engineers, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Issues, And Handling Customer Queries. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Hindi and English, Typing speed and CRM tools
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and polite
