Key responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
