Key Responsibilities:Handle Patient Inquiries Via Calls, Whatsapp, Instagram, And Walk-Insprovide Information About Aesthetic Treatments (Skin, Hair, Laser, Etc.)Schedule And Manage Appointments Efficientlyfollow Up With Leads To Convert Them Into Clinic Visitshandle Patient Concerns And Ensure Timely Resolution. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : International, Sales, Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, International, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
