What you will do

As a Customer Care Representative, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
