The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Timely Issue Resolution, Maintaining Accurate Customer Records, Coordinating With Internal Teams . Type : Outbound, Inbound

What you will do

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
