Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
