Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic, Outbound, Inbound

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound and Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Domestic, Outbound, Inbound

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹17,700 per month.
