We Are Photo Editing Service Provider, We This Vacancy Will Be Offered To The Candidate Who Can Manage And Cordinate 200 To 300 Clients. Job Roll Is Cordinating Between Customer Needs And Our In House Photo Editors All The Customers Are Matured Customers And Provided To You By Sales Team So You Dont Have To Follow Fresh Inquiry. Your Salary Will Be Decided At Interview Time As Per Your Knowledge Experience And Performance. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, polite attitude
