Goranksh Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its team in Sector 47 - Gurgaon, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marketing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
