Maintain Stock Inventory, Collect Customer Feedback, Coordinate With Sales And Service Teams, Resolve Complaints, Promote And Renew Amc Plans, Update Crm/Mis Records, And Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Through Timely Follow-Up And Support. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Domestic, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What the job involves

As a Customer Care Associate, your work will include:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
