Job Tele Sales Executive Is Responsible For Contacting Potential Coustomers Through Outbound Calls, Explaining Company Products And Plans, Addressing Inquires, Generating Leads, Ultimately Converting Them Into Paying Customers By Understanding Their Needs And Presenting Suitable Plan Solutions All While Adhering To Sales Target And Maintain High. Type : Outbound | Languages : English, Hindi

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
