Key responsibilities

As a Customer Care Officer, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

You will be paid ₹13,500 – ₹14,500 per month.
